Prudence Foundation (“we”, “our”, “us”) and Optimatic Pte Ltd (“e27”) take the privacy and protection of your personal data seriously. We are the joint data controller for personal data collected in connection with your SAFE STEPS D-Tech Application. Prudence Foundation is established in Hong Kong with a registered address at 13th Floor, One International Finance Centre, 1 Harbour View Street, Central, Hong Kong.
If you register for the competition, we require information (please list out the data filed) for the enrolment.
Our support and technical teams are located in our and/or our affiliates’ offices around the world, who may have access to your information in order to support the competition. We will not retain any of your personal data when it is no longer needed for any business or legal purposes.
We will dispose of or destroy such documents containing your personal data in a proper and secure manner when the retention limit is reached.
